Which Bollywood movies are coming in 2026 and 2027?
The upcoming Hindi movie calendar includes big-budget mythology, action films, romantic dramas, comedies, sequels and independent productions. Late 2026 brings major attention to Ramayana: Part 1, alongside films scheduled for the November and December release periods. The 2027 calendar includes Love & War, Golmaal 5, Naagzilla and other announced or reported projects.
Not every film listed in an online release calendar has a final theatrical date. Some projects have a specific announced date, some have a reported release window, and others remain in development or have no confirmed schedule. This page identifies those differences so readers can use the calendar without treating every listing as a guarantee.
The guide focuses on Hindi cinema and Bollywood releases. Pan-Indian films, dubbed releases and projects primarily made in other languages may appear in broader Indian cinema calendars but are not automatically treated as Hindi Bollywood productions here.

This quick-reference table brings together notable upcoming Hindi film titles, their currently reported dates and the status of the available release information. Use the individual movie sections above for additional context.
Dates are a snapshot of published release listings checked for this edition, not a guarantee of release. Titles without a firmly established schedule are discussed separately rather than assigned an invented date.
A trailer is useful for checking the film's official title, cast and promotional details. Where a verified official trailer is not available, use the film's official website or current production announcements instead of relying on unofficial uploads.
Ramayana: Part 1
Follow the film's official website for current project details, promotional releases and official video material.
Release calendars are useful starting points, but the most reliable final check is the current announcement from the people distributing or releasing the film.
1. Check the production house
Look for an announcement from the studio, producer or official film account. Confirm that the announcement refers to the same film and release year.
2. Compare current calendars
Compare the listing with established entertainment publications. If the dates conflict, keep the status provisional rather than selecting one without evidence.
3. Check local cinemas
For an actual screening, consult the cinema or ticketing platform in your city. International releases may not take place on the same local date everywhere.
Common questions
FAQs about upcoming Bollywood movies in 2026 and 2027
Answers to common questions about upcoming Hindi films, release schedules and where to find official movie updates.
Which are the most anticipated Bollywood movies of 2026?
Ramayana: Part 1 is among the major Hindi films listed for late 2026. Other titles appearing in current release calendars include King, Eetha, Gunmaaster G9, Yeh Prem Mol Liya and Mahavatar. Their final release dates and availability should be verified through current announcements and local cinema listings.
Which Bollywood movies are scheduled for 2027?
Projects appearing in 2027 release calendars include Golmaal 5, Love & War, Naagzilla, Force 3, Captain India, Ramayana: Part 2 and Tumbbad 2. These entries do not all have the same confirmation status, so check each movie's individual listing for its reported date and remaining uncertainties.
When will Ramayana: Part 1 release?
Release calendars have listed November 5 or November 6, 2026, depending on the listing and territory. Check the official film website and local cinema schedule for the applicable release date.
When is Love & War expected to release?
January 21, 2027 has appeared in published release calendars and reports. Since theatrical schedules can change, confirm the current date with the filmmakers or distributor before making plans.
Are all the movies on this page confirmed for release?
No. The guide distinguishes publicly announced dates, reported release schedules and unconfirmed projects. A title appearing in a movie database or industry calendar does not, by itself, guarantee that filming is complete or that a release date is final.
Where can I watch official Bollywood movie trailers?
Start with the official film website, verified production-house channels or the film's verified YouTube channel. The trailer section on this page links to relevant film information and release calendars where a verified trailer link is not available.
Will these release dates change?
Yes, they can. Release dates may change because of production schedules, distribution decisions, certification, festival timing or competition from other films. Check current announcements and local ticket listings near the planned release date.
Does this list include every Indian movie releasing in 2026 and 2027?
No. This page focuses on notable upcoming Hindi Bollywood releases and selected reported projects. India has several film industries and languages, and a broader Indian cinema calendar will include Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and other-language productions that are not necessarily Hindi films.
How often should the upcoming Bollywood movie list be updated?
Review the calendar when a production house announces a new release date, a film is postponed or a trailer confirms additional details. The page's last-reviewed date should only be changed when the release information has actually been checked again.
Editorial note: NRIs World provides this upcoming Bollywood movie guide for informational purposes. Release dates, cast details and production information may change. Reported dates are identified separately from confirmed announcements wherever possible. External release calendars are reference sources, not substitutes for the latest studio or distributor announcements. Official trailer links should be added when they are verified and publicly available.
