David is the Managing Partner and Founder of the Law Offices of David A. Borts (founded in 1985). As managing partner, David is responsible for client interviews, all litigation and brief writing. David concentrates his practice in Immigration and Naturalization and Family Law. He has successfully filed thousands of family-based immigration petitions for permanent residence, political asylum and citizenship. He has defended hundreds of immigrants placed in deportation proceedings.
