Alpha Movie Plot
After the 1999 Kargil War, Colonel Fateh Singh Lakhawat and Lieutenant Colonel Vikrant Kaul begin a secret Indian Army project called Alpha to create super soldiers using a powerful experimental serum. The project succeeds, but Vikrant secretly steals a vial to save his pregnant wife, Janaki, who has a serious heart disease. Although the serum helps her survive long enough to give birth to twin daughters, she dies soon after because of its dangerous side effects. The incident forces the government to shut down the Alpha project, and Fateh is transferred.
Unwilling to abandon his work, Fateh secretly kidnaps one of the newborn twins, who has inherited the serum's special abilities through her blood. He tricks Vikrant into believing that both his wife and one of his daughters have died. Fateh names the child Sita and raises her in a hidden facility, using her to continue the Alpha project. The other twin, Durga, grows up separately, unaware that she has a sister.
Twenty-four years later, Sita begins hunting down the scientists and officers connected to Project Alpha, destroying the remaining evidence of the program. Her actions draw the attention of R&AW chief Vikrant Kaul, who eventually discovers that Sita is his long-lost daughter. He then travels to meet Durga, who has been living a normal life without knowing the truth about her family.
Sita tracks Vikrant and confronts him, leading to a brief fight with Durga before revealing everything she has learned about Project Alpha. Before the family can reunite, Fateh's soldiers attack, forcing Sita and Durga to escape while Vikrant stays behind and is captured.
With the help of Kabir Dhaliwal, Sita and Durga survive another attack at a safe house. During the battle, Durga is injured, but Sita manages to escape. She later infiltrates Fateh's headquarters to rescue Vikrant, where Fateh reveals his real identity as Major Zarrar Khan, an undercover ISI agent who had secretly infiltrated the Indian Army years earlier. His true mission was to develop the Alpha serum and deliver it to Pakistan. Before leaving, Zarrar kidnaps Durga so he can use her DNA to create an even stronger version of the serum.
In the climax, Sita and Vikrant track Zarrar to his hidden base in Cherrapunji. Durga frees herself and joins the soldiers defending the base. A fierce battle follows as Sita fights Zarrar while Vikrant and the others take on his forces. Sita finally defeats Zarrar and kills him, ending his plan to weaponize the Alpha serum.
In the end, Project Alpha is completely destroyed, and Vikrant is finally reunited with both of his daughters. He gives Sita and Durga a choice: live peaceful lives as ordinary people or join R&AW and use their extraordinary abilities to protect the nation. The sisters look toward a new future together with their father.
